1. What’s the time of the day when you feel most like yourself?

The mornings. I wake up singing, which sounds terrible, and is terrible, because it’s exclusively commercial jingles from the early ots, and I am chronically cheerful. Everyone around me hates me.

2. What’s your coffee order? 

“Quickly.”

3. Describe yourself in three words?

“Hard to describe.”

4. What do you think of garden gnomes?

Funny you should ask. My aunt started buying them for me one year without warning. I thought it was innocuous, even cute at times, until I received the Demon Gnome. I am afraid to throw it away because I am pretty sure it would find its way back. (Can provide photo)

5. Who’s the most fascinating person you’ve ever met?

 My dog.

6. What makes you smile? 

Animals. Funny stick figure drawings. Puns. Character suffering.

7. Do you believe in soulmates?

I find the lack of free will inherent in the concept unsettling, to be honest.

8. What is the most obscure thing you are or were into? 

This is very hard to narrow down. Farming with draft horses, I suppose.

9. What makes you angry?

*looks around at world* Really, Mila?

10. What personality trait gets you most often in trouble?

Being an Aries!

11.  What dis the best piece of advice you received?

Set attainable goals.

12. Who’d play you if Hollywood made a movie about your life?

Alanis Morissette.

13. In a crowded room, what makes you notice a woman?

Besides her dog?

14. What is the assumption people make often about you but it happens to be completely wrong?

I plead the fifth.

15. What would be the title of your autobiography? 

I Came, I Saw, I tripped Over It.

16. Three women you’d have over for dinner and what would you serve? 

My enemies, and revenge, served cold.

17. What is the one memory you’d give anything to relive?

That’s private, lol.

18. What’s in your fridge right now?

Very little, actually, which is a problem! A leftover soup/stew (“stoup, if you will) I made yesterday, some grapes, potatoes, and condiments. Apple pizza (so good).

19. If you could choose one song to be played every time you enter a room, what song would that be and why? 

Ooh! “I’m Sexy and I Know It” NOT because I think that but because once I saw three alpaca walking in perfect time to that song and I think about that a lot. Also I like to recreate their moves.

20. Funniest/best/saddest/proudest thing that ever happened to you as a lesfic author?

Oh gosh, um, I love hearing from readers!
